Ltd. - Varna was established and registered pursuant to the Bulgarian
legislation in March 2001, and has as its subject of activity: design
and
construction of natural gas installations, units and transport
equipment. The
company is a property of the Black Sea Technological Company plc -
Varna. It is
managed by a Manager: Ing. Giampiero Sechi and Procurator Dr. Petar
Hadjimihalev.

Sea Gas Company
Ltd. was established on basis of the branch that existed in the Black
Sea
Technological Company plc until 2001, which performed the greater part
of the
company's design, construction and investment activities. The company
disposes
of highly qualified specialists in the field of gas equipment design.
